MARTIN L. GOLDSTEIN, CPA

A founding partner of GKG, Martin (Marty) has been practicing public accounting for over fifty years since his graduation from New York University, School of Commerce, Accounts and Finance in 1959.

Marty deals with a broad client base, amongst which are manufacturing entities, food distributors, professional service firms and school bus companies. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, business succession issues, bankruptcy, estate planning, and works closely with local and regional banks and other lending institutions on behalf of his clients.

Marty is active and has held leadership roles in many professional, community, civic and religious organizations, volunteering his time and expertise to them.

Marty is married with five children and thirteen grandchildren.
